Pure Democracy is a Pyramid Scheme

Now Nancy Giles is worried about bank fees that are the
direct result of regulation on how the banks pay for the cost of bank card
transactions. This is the left’s way of
keeping you down; a tactic designed to confuse the facts. Nancy admits Democrat Senator from Illinois Pick Durbin’s amendment was the reason Bank of America and others are charging
for bank card but she acts as if they are just using it as an excuse for their
actions.

The additional bank fees charged on card holders is
voluntary you don’t have to pay them; to avoid it one need only quit using
their card by going back to paper checks and cash. Nancy Giles thinks that since “we” bailed out
the banks with tax payer dollars along with a rise in automation banks make
enough money. Her lack of knowledge becomes
even more profound as she predicts Bank of America’s lay off 30k employees will
lead to even more fees.   By what measure
Nance?  In conclusion she whines about the lack of available
interest earnings potential, concludes that banks have no purpose, and that she
will keep her money “under” her “mattress”.

But the facts don’t matter in this kind of arena of thought
so rather look at the condition that allows these misleading statements. The problem in all of this is the idea that
we live in a Democracy. Ours is a
Representative Republic by design our founders foresaw the pitfalls of a purely
Democratic system.

The inherent problem is that it encourages these same types
of misinformation campaigns that sway public opinion ahead of logical debate. Nancy Giles and those of her ilk are
seemingly outraged that a bank would follow the same standard business model of
incorporating regulatory costs into its balance sheets. Remarkably she overlooks the fact that
retailers are the real winners.  Companies like Home Depot just as one example forecast
the Durbin rule will save them 38.5 million this year alone.

Other things that fly over her head seemingly unnoticed are
that is that this might actually work out better for the consumer in the long
run. The hidden fees we pay every time a
card is swiped are now in part replaced by a flat monthly rate. Retailers like Wal-Mart who run very competitive
price wars will seize on this ability to lower the costs to the consumers. So this $60 per year tear jerking pity party
may just be another example of how less red tape, personal responsibility, and
trickle down work in the free market.

Besides what entitles any of us to “free checking”, free
bank cards or interest on accounts that don’t have a static balance? It’s so shallow to think that a monthly fee
of $5 for the convenience of not having to carry cash and all the other benefits
a bank card provides is somehow over the top.

Paying 8% of your income into the black hole of Social
Security without having a record of how much you paid in. Tax dollars fund free school lunch programs for
the same kids whose parent automatically get food stamps, while at the same
time fighting simultaneous wars on hunger and childhood obesity.  Or
private schools that don’t get government money but charge parents $3k/year tuition
with 90+% graduation rates versus the 60% or lower rates in public schools that
cost $15-20k/year.

But my favorite has got to be the 95% of black Americans
that vote for the same Democrat Party that has never apologized creating the Klue
Klux Klan.  Nancy did you know that the whole idea behind
the KKK was the same simple misinformation campaign you are engaged in? Doesn’t that make you some kind of Grand Cyclops
or wizard of the KKK?

It reminds me of watching chickens in a yard; you can learn a
lot about people by observing the behavior of chickens. A chicken knows where its’ food comes from
and will always respond to the sound of it feed hitting the food pan.  Just the black Americans react to Democrat
social welfare programs. Democrats use
these programs to keep black Americans in the yard and content.

The modern day plantations or chicken yards are today’s
inner city housing project. Under the
guise of humanitarian principle “the projects” really serve as a minimum
security prison of sorts. Just like with
chickens once fed in the projects black Americans react to the monthly
government feed hitting the project pan.
Instead of picking cotton they pick Democrats, instead of being beaten
by a single owner they are whipped by an entire party.

Sad fact of the matter is when one chooses to walk away from
that life style and take on the pleasures and pain of personal responsibility
their biggest challenges are not from white Americans trying to keep them out
of the club. Note their largest and
loudest critics come from the pecking order of chicken yard politics.  Black liberal mannequins call Herman Cain a token
in the GOP race because their Democrat masters told them so.

Is it really such a stretch
to use a Stockholm analogy in referring to the lopsided relationship between 95%
Black Americans as being Democrat and the rate of elected Democrats as being 95%
white?
