So we are going to watch as the Supreme Court decides whether or not our Federal Government can force us all to get health insurance...okay. Why not broadcast the absurdity in this action by proposing a law that would not just fix healthcare but every single problem we face as a nation from illegal immigration, healthcare, social security, welfare, national debt and put a laser like focus on the unemployment problems some Americans face in this weakened economy?
What if I told you that one single piece of legislation could do this? There is nothing to buy, it won't raise tax rates in fact it might be possible to almost simotaniously reduce them. And what if I told you it could solve the obesity issue, bridge the gap between rich and poor, reform drug and alcoholism and reduce the prison population would you even hear me out???
It's very simple really and your going to be stunned to realize all of the possitive impact a law like this could have and unless I miss read it this law is totally constitutional and would be easy to enforce.
It will be called the Jobs Creation Act of 2011. This law will require per penalty of fine and or imprisonment that all US citizens not attending full time school between the ages of 18 and 65 that are not totally 100% disabled have a full time paying job.
By doing so the demand for employment will skyrocket with all the increased demand for serivces. Welfare and foodstamps would no longer apply to anyone unless totally disabled. Illegal immigration would become a recognized problem by all citizens as they compete for jobs and expect a fair wage for their services. The poor would seek to better themselves because their would be an increased desire to achieve higher wages for skills which they would seek to improve as they transition from welfare to the working roles.
The national debt would vansih as millions of new tax payers enter the work force. Even the rich would be required to work so they would either have to get a job or start a business that would inevitably expand the work force. Social security would be back in the black within 10 years because no self respecting 62 y/o will be taking early retirement because they would have to work for next to nothing to qualify so they and all the new workers would continue to maintain this "trust fund".
Oh and healthcare that is solved by eveyone pooling through their employers for benefits instead of the magical government plan that never quite balances the books on how to pay for it.
NEXT PROBLEM!!!
