Socialism lives in our "free trade" markets

Hey Rush, Sean, & Mark your'e wrong on this because you live in another form of American reality.  Skilled and unskilled workers or what you call the lower 60% of tax payers do not have the same free market you enjoy.  Now don't take this as an attack on your principles rather the reality you may be simply out of touch with.

Several years ago I contacted my then congressional representative Tom Tancredo's office expressing my desire that the GOP propose a moretoreum on all Federal taxes on skilled and unskilled labor in exchange for eliminating the subsidies of earned income credit payments to non-tax payers.  I feel then I was totally misunderstood on substance.

It is a fact that the only reason illegal aliens exist in this country is to keep down the bottom line of labor costs in these industries.  That alone examples the fact that this is a Socialist market.  As a person who exists in this market I have seen first hand how the illegal alein influx since the early 90's has caused a severe reduction wages paid to persons in most union and non-union skilled labor markets.  This reduction is a direct result of our nations desire to fix prices at artificial levels; that is the very definition of Socialism.

What happens in these illegal markets that allows price fixing is the structure of our social welfares entitlement's web of deceit.  The reason an illegal alien can work for a lessor wage than the market requires lies almost solely in the subsidies they recieve from the federal government.  Some examples are as simple as the man of the house's wage being subsidized by the woman working the system for housing, medicaid, food stamps, and energy assistance.  There are also numerous programs with illegal race qualifiers that provide benefits to those who fit in the categoric minority.

By eliminating these tax brackets for a period of time we can illuminate the need for a universal free market and expose the ignorance of "guest workers" and the sympathetic worst case senarios always employed by the left as issues invalid to our overall economic health.  This would also place American citizens who do these jobs in a position of equal standings with these illegal aliens and restore a free market model up until we resolve to zero tollerance on illegal immigration.

This is really an artificial issue of race because most of those ill effected by these allowances are themselves the minority community elected liberals claim to protect.  This is also not a tax issue because the business community who violate these laws are owned by in large by those who pay taxes at the upper income rates.  While this may impact small business's negatively at first it will also weed out those whose business model opperates outside the written law.  Often times when discussing the topic of illegal immigration we get hung up on the impact enforcement could have on increasing grocery produce prices.  However the result of the increased entitlement outlays due to non-enforcement is slated to have that same result due monetary inflation.

The shame of it all is that we have laws in this country for a reason and the consequence of selective enforcement is a collective negative.  When lettuce is $5/head will we still insist that there is no way an American would become a picker at a free market determined rate of pay?  Is it right to call a market that fixes some prices like food, construction, and agriculture but allows the educational, medical, and legal markets to exploit those who suffer under these unconstitutional constraints?  Is the upper whatever really paying all the taxes or are they simply paying the penalty for corrupting the course of debate?

The facts are on my side Rush and I can't agree with the limited scope of your inept analysis on this topic you are simply wrong.  Taxes are not paid in a bubble; public sentitment resists immigration reform because the GOP side of this comes ill prepared to expose the facts in debate.  Many Liberals in the upper income brackets see their 50%+/- tax payments as charity example Warren Buffet.  The only way to get through to these people may be to use these tactics against them.

I will at some point ask my representative for an unspecified grant to decimate the realestate industry and it's simple.  I will use the grant money to open office locations in all 50 states and pay all labor costs.  I will seek to hire only illegal aliens requiring them to close sales on a specific number of propeties to remain employed per month in doing so eliminate the commision percentages normally paid to the buying and selling agents.  When my business model is inserted into the realestate market it will shut down the competition because no one will volutarilly pay a commission when they can avoid it.  In the name of affordable housing I will lobby much like those who advocate for affordable lettuce.

I will then go after the legal industry using grant money and lowered minority standards to flood the legal industry with grant subsidized lawyers who recieve a salaried rate to shut down courts all over this country.  How? By trying every case infront of a jury, filing all concievable motions and never allowing plea bargins or deal to get in the way with a judgement by ones peers.  Now this industry will not because of regulatory requirements like the Bar Association allow employing illegals.  So we will seek to employee those who are at the bottom of their profession and retrain them to effectively promote this agenda of legal rights exploitation.  Like the ACLU we will demand collective justice and these lawyers will be paid with grant money.

If America is going to declare war on the free market through racial precident I say we should engage this race to the bottom with a full court depression of our entire system in order to cause the nescessary reset of these political debates.
