With all the nonsensical attacks on Gov. Palin I wonder will the MSM continue down this path to it's ultimate demise or will they ask the government for a bailout?
Newspapers are going down in readership, the big three networks have had their hat handed to them for years now by Fox News, and they can't buy an AM radio advertisor. Why? We could tick them off one by one but the root cause is Liberalism. When Fox reports news it uses facts, not opinion to shape their coverage of an event. They have opinion shows but they usually have a very good balance of political analists that can make an effective arguement. The big three and most of the print media can't balance their opinions like that because to them the game is politics. By covering facts that fit into their agenda, ignoring facts, and event that don't MSM has danced on the ledge of of respected journalism for the past 20 years. I know this has always gone on, but this inbreeding of journalism and political power has magnified the public ire. Inside the MSM is like ten years on a drug, but this addict is unaware of his/her vice. Explore it deeper and you will find all the traits of radical religious indoctrinisation. Move on is their way of saying let's talk about something else because you are too close to the Buddah. Never satisfied they continue to advance efforts like controling the weather, the population, and what you think about the world around you. The public has in the last 20 years had Rush Limbaugh, who is the model for the current Fox News personality from center to right and talk show hosts everywhere. Most listeners may not agree with everything that Rush say, but for his snarky humor and the fact that he tells you he is a conservative Republican giving a point of view. Talk radio is an undead medium he dug up and reanimated Fox news caught on soon after. The idea that the computer is killing print media and the big three is absurd this has nothing to do with technology and everything to do with facts. The lies MSM perpetuates on a continual basis have forever broken the trust of a generation which is begining to reject it's influence in mass. The MSM owns radio, TV and print media equipped with computers.
